Pumpkin (2002)

Pumpkin is a movie about unexpected, forbidden and believable love. We get to follow Carolyne McDuffy (Christina Ricci), the perfect school sorority chick with the perfect boyfriend and the perfect life in general.
We also get to follow Pumpkin Romanoff a disable man who stars in a athletic team for disabled people.
Every week the team goes to Carolyne's collage to get practice and help with there athletics by Carolyne sorority.
Pumpkin's teacher is Carolyne who at first sight's appalled and just want to run as far away as possible. But during the movie she starts to see that Pumpkin is not a freak, he's actually a person with feelings that understands her.
She start's to fall in love and Pumpkin the same, they start a forbidden love who eventually goes to hell because of all the people around who don't want them to be together.

This sounds like a drama but it's not, it's a black comedy, if you've seen 'But I'm a Cheerleader' this is abit like that one, but not so over the top.
Sure the characters are very stereotypical but that's it...

I'll give it a 6/10
