Boys don't cry

Boys don't cry from 1999 - yes we are stuck in 1999 this weekend.
The movie is great even though we talked through it, the only time we were quiet were during the sex scenes and the ending. Even though we talked a lot we managed to understand the movie.

The movie is about Teena/Brandon (Hillary Swank) is a boy trapped in a girl's body. When she during a bar fight follows a couple of white trash, ex convicts people to falls city she meets Lana (Chloë Sevigny) who he/she falls in love with. The movie is based on the true events of Teena Brandon and her fate.
We would have cried if we hadn't talked so much because Elin knows she did that the first time she saw the movie. Mostly because of Chloë crying and then she started crying and everything was a crying mess. The movie is really nice and serious, and its hard not to be moved by the story. It's also very interesting when it comes to filming and the acting is top class.
...and the jukebox (elin) was silent tonight *gasp* she was pleased with the soundtrack.

So now Elin wants to turn boyish/girl so she can make out with Chloë, which is very understandable. It's scary how hot/talented she is. We're serious, no on can be that hot and still not be a Swedish girl.
Elin already has a perfect plan, on how to seduce her and make her a girlfriend to keep in her room here forever and ever until school ends. Then we bring her with us of course, she can live in Elin's bedroom, of course just to keep the bed warm.
So here's the plan;
1. Dream of her.
2. Cross our fingers until they turn white and we faint from blood loss.
3. Pray to a God we don't believe exist.
4. And never give up hope that someday she might even be able to meet her in real life.
Sounds like a good plan, eh
