Dead Like Me: Life After Death

Dead Like Me: Life After Death (2009)

You have probably seen the series, if not we may have blogged about it.

Anyways, the movie does a quick meaningful resume of the series, the things you have to know to understand the movie.
So George (Ellen Muth) is back, more sarcastic than ever (We love) Mason (Callum Blue) is just as smart as a puppy, Roxy (Jasmine Guy) is Bad ass as usual and Daisy is just odd (new actress = wrong) but she wasen't to bad, even though we wanted to hate her.
In the movie we get to follow the group (they are Reapers if we forgott to mention) under a new leadarship (We don't like him) since Rube has past on to the ever after.
This new guy starts to tare up the group and making them not take there reaper job seriously. Roxy tries to save people from dying, Daisy goes to the teaters and Mason goes all pimp. Geroge on the other hand is the only one who can see the patterns and she starts to work against the new guy that we have forgot the name of.
But during some events Geroge soon stands eye to eye with her now Grown up sister Reggie (Britt McKillip) (even more sarcastic than Geroge... we LOVE).
Things happen and we are not gonna spoil it.

It really was the same as the series, the feeling that is. Nothing had changed except for Daisy who had gone annoyin and mental. We want Laura Harris back. Though we got really happy when Crystal (Crystal Dahl) was in the movie... YAY... she's just pure amazing. Crystal is funny, she talked just as much in the series as in the movie (which means nothing) and Delores is just as cat loving as usual.
We easily give this movie a 9/10, it would have gotten a 10 if Laura had been in it.

IMDB

- Elin and Em full on food, drinking something very good.

I have seen it now. Love Dolores, Chrystal and Murphy, but Daisy????? What the heck is wrong with that woman?
But the show is better but this movie was better what I thought.

lol, I watched this last night. I loved everything... except Daisy. It was weird not seeing the normal chick and the new one didn't really do Daisy any justice. I loved the bits where they tried to kill Cameron and roasted smores over his burning leg.
The new Happy Time was odd but yeah, glad Crystal was in it! and Delores and Murray. That song they used at the end kinda gave me weird shivers... and it's not fair, I want more Dead Like Me
